Trenton Fortitude Corporation was incorporated on October 19, 2004. The Corporation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. It is operated not for a pecuniary profit. The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable educational purposes, including for such purposes as the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future tax code. 

The purposes for which the corporation is organized are:

• To relieve the poor, the distressed or the underprivileged.

• To advance education and science by granting scholarships and providing other educational assistance to persons in need of such assistance.

•  To improve the communities by providing activities that promotes the health and well-being of the community.

•  To ensure that all programs offered by the Corporation are managed in accordance with the Corporation’s policies, guidelines and standards.                                                                                                       ​
